Losing weight, getting stronger and taking control of your health takes a lot more than just a couple of exercise sessions per week.
That's why I also help clients with nutrition, sleep, stress management, daily movement, mindset and more.
I'll help you sift through all the conflicting information out there to get a truly personalised plan together. And then give you everything you need to stick to the plan.


Movement restrictions? No problem
Most of the people I work with have a movement restrictions, past injury or energy restriction. There is always an option, either improving that area or working around it.


The right intensity
My job is to meet you where you're at with your fitness, then help you take it to the next level. No barking orders or beastings!
You may have exercised before, but did you have a plan you could stick to? I speacilise in working with people who are new to exercise completely or people who have exercised before but without a solid plan.
New to structured exercise?

Where do you do sessions?
Sessions are either at my private PT studio on Foundry Lane, Horsham (all the benefits of a gym without having to worry about what other people will think) or at home (perfect if you're really tight on time).
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long, but the structure is tailored to your requirements. Some people use that time to warm up, exercise, work on mobility and cool down, others warm up before I arrive, so they have more exercise time.
What sort of exercise should I do?
In short, everybody, of all ages, should be aiming for some resistance training focusing on the muscles and something that gets the heart rate up. However, the details, exercises, ratios and intensities will vary on your goals, exercise plan, preferences, etc.
How does it work?
It's a monthly membership; you're not tied to a long-term contract. Alongside the sessions, you also get everything you need to reach your goals. Exercise programmes, nutrition coaching, sleep strategies, support and accountability delivered through weekly check-ins.
What's your approach to nutrition coaching?
Nutrition is a super complex and highly personalised area. That's why I get members to fill out a short food diary and then build change from there. No boring, templated, unnecessarily strict meal plans here!
Will you make me do burpees?!
This is usually code for "Are you a drill sergeant?". 🤣 Don't worry, pushing people too hard isn't a great long-term strategy. My job is to meet you where you're at and then get you to the next level.
